MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

MAW S.p.A. Divisione Search & Selection, Polo di Udine <p>we are looking for a&nbsp;<strong>Mechanical Supervisor</strong>&nbsp;to join a well-established industrial company for major domestic and international construction projects.In this role, you will oversee on-site mechanical assembly, ensuring all technical standards, quality requirements, and project deadlines are met.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Monitor mechanical assembly</strong>&nbsp;to ensure technical compliance, keep projects on schedule, and manage "as-built" documentation.</p></li><li><p><strong>Supervise on-site crews</strong>&nbsp;by working closely with Team Leaders.</p></li><li><p><strong>Solve technical issues</strong>&nbsp;proactively and provide support during testing and commissioning phases.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Solid mechanical background with&nbsp;<strong>strong blueprint reading skills</strong>.</p></li><li><p>In-depth knowledge of&nbsp;<strong>on-site assembly logic</strong>&nbsp;and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.</p></li><li><p><strong>Proficiency in English</strong>&nbsp;to communicate with international workers.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Work Schedule:</strong>&nbsp;Full-time, Monday – Friday.</p><p><br><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp;Udine (Italy) or various EU construction sites (<strong>willingness to travel is required</strong>).</p><p></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Permanent, direct contract.</p></li><li><p>National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria).</p></li><li><p>Salary based on experience.</p></li><li><p>On-site canteen.</p></li><li><p><strong>Relocation/housing support</strong>&nbsp;if required.</p></li></ul><hr> L’annuncio è rivolto ad ambo i sessi (D.lgs n. 198/2006) e nel rispetto di quanto disposto dall’art. 10 del D.Lgs n. 276/2003.
